The Makings of Prop House Productions
Prop House Productions was founded to fill a gap in the event industry: there simply wasn’t a company offering full-scale, all-inclusive solutions for immersive corporate and private social functions. What began as a small group of creative artists managing events has evolved into a full-service production company specializing in custom themed experiences.
As demand grew, so did our vision. Clients wanted more than just event coordination...they wanted environments that transported guests. We responded by designing and fabricating bespoke props, costumes, and scenic elements tailored to each theme. Today, Prop House Productions offers a wide range of services to create unforgettable, fully immersive events.
One standout example is our Roaring 1920s private gala, which featured live jazz music, choreographed performances, and historically accurate props. We restored an original speakeasy venue to its former glory while ensuring it met modern building codes. Our team sourced vintage cars for staging, crafted period costumes in-house, and built specialty props like breakaway glassware and collapsible tables for dynamic performances.

Meet the Team
Scott - Owner/CEO
As co-owner of PHP, Scott brings decades of experience in scenic design and fabrication to every project. He collaborates directly with clients to develop custom concepts, designs, and event solutions that reflect their vision. In the shop, Scott works hands-on with the project manager to execute builds involving props fabrication, foam sculpting, and animatronics. His creative insight and technical expertise ensure each themed experience is both imaginative and structurally sound, from initial concept to final installation.
DeAnn - CFO
As co-owner and Chief Financial Officer of PHP, DeAnn blends creative ingenuity with strategic oversight. A seasoned seamstress, she leads all fabric and costuming-related props fabrication, collaborating closely with performers to ensure every detail aligns with the vision. Alongside her husband Scott, DeAnn plays a pivotal role in both the artistic and administrative sides of the business. Her ability to think outside the box, paired with a sharp eye for detail, drives excellence in office operations and elevates the final touches of each custom themed experience.
Mike - Owner/CRO
Mike brings precision and polish to every facet of revenue strategy, with a proven track record driving growth through high-touch, white-glove client relationships. As CRO, he leads with a service-first mindset, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver seamless experiences and measurable impact. His approach empowers teams, optimizes performance, and ensures every engagement reflects the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Greg - Owner/COO
Greg drives operational excellence with a focus on clarity, consistency, and collaboration. As COO, he ensures every system, process, and team member is aligned to deliver seamless execution and exceptional results. With a steady hand and a strategic eye, Greg turns vision into action.
Ma'le - Project Manager
With over 30 years of hands-on experience, Ma'le leads every project with precision and dedication, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and exceptional quality. His expertise spans props fabrication, themed construction, hard-coating, painting, restoration, and detailed finishing work. Known for his craftsmanship and reliability, Ma'le brings creative visions to life while maintaining the highest standards across every phase of production.
Jonathan - Creative Director
With over 15 years in the movie and entertainment industry, Jonathan brings a rich blend of expertise in special effects, character acting, costuming, and design. His creative vision and hands-on experience make him an invaluable resource for transforming ideas into immersive, custom-themed experiences. As Creative Director, Jonathan leads the artistic direction for both the company and its clients, ensuring every concept is executed with originality, impact, and cinematic flair.
Alina - Business Operations Manager
Alina’s diverse business background makes her an indispensable part of our administrative team, bringing both structure and savvy to our operations. Her adaptability shines beyond the office! She’s equally at home in the shop, lending her skills to builds, props fabrication, and hands-on project support.
